Our mission is simple, we will ensure that every child in our region has a fundamental understanding of the free-enterprise system. Junior Achievement (JA) helps kids understand the connection between personal responsibility, hard work, perseverance and success in work and in life.
 
The magic of JA occurs when volunteers share with students their most valuable resource--their own personal experience. Junior Achievement uses hands on experiences to help young people understand the economics of life.
 
In partnership with businesses and educators, JA brings the real world to students, opening their minds to their potential.

Together, we believe there is a lot that is right with today's kids. They are the future, a future that resides in the hearts and minds of 578,000 students in Western and Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.
